Who we are
Praetos is a registered business name of Polyveil Pty Ltd, ABN 12 694 770 084. That is the entity that collects and holds anything you send through this site, and the entity you deal with if you become a client.
What this site collects
The enquiry form asks for your name, your email address and your message, and a telephone number if you choose to give one. Nothing else is asked for, and nothing is collected that you did not type.
The site sets no cookies. There is no tracking script, no advertising pixel and no third-party font or image on any page. Cloudflare, which serves the site, counts page views in aggregate without cookies or any identifier that follows you, and holds the connection records any web server holds, briefly, for the security of the site.
What we do with it
We use what you send to respond to you, and for nothing else. You are not added to a list, and we do not market to the people who write to us.
Where it is held
An enquiry goes from the form to HubSpot, where it is stored in HubSpot's Australian data centre in Sydney. Our email runs on Microsoft 365, in Microsoft's Australian regions. Both hold the information for us and neither may use it for its own purposes.
Who else sees it
Nobody. We do not sell, share or pass on your details. If you become a client, what we hold, for how long and under what protections is set out in the terms of the engagement, agreed before any work begins.
